Class Menu
- Crostata di Pomodorini e Burrata (Roasted Cherry Tomato & Burrata Tarte) – Oven roasted cherry tomatoes baked with ricotta in a flaky Sour Cream Pastry and topped by fresh Burrata.
- Nico’s Triple-C Cinnamon Rolls – If, like me, you are obsessed with the spicy sweetness of a soft, just out of the oven warm Cinnamon Roll, then this recipe, which takes the cinnamon up a notch with the inclusion of cloves & cardamom, will be your go to bakery-hug!
- Pastéis de Nata (Portuguese Custard Tarts) – Bring the classic taste of Lisbon home as we share with you the steps & techniques to create handmade Portuguese Tarts with its cinnamon-dusted luscious soft custard and the crunchy crispiness of its buttery pastry!
