Join us for the ultimate in winter-warming comfort foods. Learn the tips & techniques to preparing the perfect risotto, just like the Italians. You'll be rewarded from a little stirring, as we learn two variations of risotto recipes. In this class we'll also prepare a super easy & delicious "Roast Chicken Breast for Two", as well as a "no-bake" Chocolate Mud Pie.

Handmade Chicken Stock (GF) – The secret to any risotto is in a slow simmered stock. We’ll share our tips on how easy it is to prepare your own stock.
Crispy Roast Chicken Breast (GF) – Succulent oven-roasted chicken breast with proscuitto and fresh herbs – quick & easy and ready in 20 short minutes.
Colcannon (GF) – the simple mashed potato at its creamiest best, combined with cabbage, peas, corn and tomato.
“Decadent” Chocolate Mud Pie – a no bake version with Caramel Almond Praline & Hot Chocolate Sauce, that is too easy, yet too decadent.
