BELLISIMA (Fruit & Sparkling Wine Cocktail)
(Serves serves 10)

Want a great cocktail to kick off a brunch or party, this Champagne & Fruit cocktail looks fantastic and tastes great. With just a bottle of champagne, it goes a long way and let?s people ease into the party spirit. Be warned ? you can?t stop at just one glass! (from our "Sex & the City PASSION" class)

  • 1 bottle sparkling wine
  • 100g sugar or equivalent sugar syrup
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 80g (1/2 cup) fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 50g (1/2 cup) fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 500g ice
  1. In a food processor or blender, process sugar and fruit until pureed.
  2. Add ice (or pre-crushed ice) and process until combined.
  3. Stir in bottle of sparkling wine until combined and serve in cocktail glasses with garnish.
