Our Thermomix Passion class has come about due to the ever-increasing number of people who have been turned-on to this amazing all-in-one kitchen appliance. Not only will the class suit those of you that are users of either a TM31 or new TM5 and want to become a bit more familiar with its applications and add some further recipes to your Thermomix repertoire, but it will also suit those of you who might not have a Thermomix as yet, but are interested in seeing it in action with all of it’s cooking/mixing/blending/whisking/milling/cocktailing applications.
As well as having all of the recipes in the class detailed for use with the Thermomix (ie. Time/Temperature/Speed), for those of you that don’t have a Thermomix, but would still like to attend the class, the recipes will also be provided in “conventional method” format, so you can replicate the dishes in your kitchen (not as quickly), but without a Thermomix.

KNEADING/BAKING – Crisp & Fluffy Foccacia
PROCESSING – Shortcrust Pastry (Pumpkin, Feta & Zucchini Tarte)
STEAMING (Varoma) – Steamed Asian Snapper
STEAMING (Varoma) – Fluffy Jasmine/Basmati Rice
BLENDING – Green Thai Curry Paste
COOKING/STIRRING – Thai Green Chicken Curry
PROCESSING/WHISKING – Raspberry, Chocolate & Nougat Semifreddo
It was an absolute delight and a pleasure to be at your class last night. I came away with great recipes and some very helpful tips. On top of that it was was well planned, very relaxed and friendly, and a fabulous venue to be in.
