Thermomix 2 Passion
Due to popular demand by our clients for more Thermomix recipes, we are pleased to offer our newest “Thermomix 2 Passion” class, with more of my favourite “tried & tested” Thermomix recipes.
I call this class “beyond Thermomix” as we use both the TM31 and new TM5 as a kitchen appliance, using it to prepare elements of the recipe, but still using conventional techniques for parts of the recipe to complete the dishes.
Leek & Smoked Salmon Dip
“Quick” Olive Oil Shortcrust Pasty / Pizza – a crispy savoury shortcrust pastry ready in less than 60 minutes, a perfect crunchy base for a quick pizza topped with your favourite ingredients.
Spinach & Ricotta “Gnudi” – “Gnudi” are a classic Tuscan dish, and it’s like ravioli, but without the pasta (just the filling). These light & fluffly gnudi are STEAMED in the VAROMA and served with a fresh Salsa di Pomodoro (Tomato Pasta Sauce)
Nico’s Butter Chicken – my version of Butter Chicken, which is full of flavour and just a little spice, and always a family favourite
