Italian food is truly "fast food" at it's finest. This class presents recipes for the quintessential four course Italian dinner menu - Antipasto, Primo, Secondo e Dolci.

Class Menu

Chicken_SaltimboccaAperitivo – Parmesan Wafers – one ingredient only, these parmigiana cheese wafers go great with a glass of Prosecco to start your Italian meal.

AntipastoInvoltini di Melanzane – slices of baked eggplant rolled with ricotta, pine nuts and parmigiano and served with a delicious spiced Tomato Sauce.

Primo – Orecchiete con Broccoli – Southern Italy’s fast food – a simple pasta dish with garlic, chilli, broccoli and tomatoes, ready in the time it takes to cook the pasta.

Secondo – Saltimbocca alla Romana – everyone’s favourite – thin slices of chicken breast, proscuitto and sage in a marsala sauce

Insalata – Insalata di Radicchio, Endivo e Arancia – a wonderfully refreshing salad of radicchio, belguim endive and orange in a Balsamic Dressing

Dolci – Stefano’s Torta di Mele – an exceptionally easy Italian apple strudel inspired by one of our Tuscan chef’s
