NEW CLASS - Thermomix Passion ($100pp)
 
 
 
Our Thermomix Passion class has come about due to the ever-increasing number of people who have been turned-on to this amazing all-in-one kitchen appliance. Not only will the class suit those of you that are users of a Thermomix and want to become a bit more familiar with its applications and add some further recipes to your Thermomix repertoire, but it will also suit those of you who might not have a Thermomix as yet, but are interested in seeing it in action with all of it’s cooking/mixing/blending/whisking/milling/cocktailing applications.
 
As well as having all of the recipes in the class detailed for use with the Thermomix (ie. Time/Temperature/Speed), for those of you that don’t have a Thermomix, but would still like to attend the class, the recipes will also be provided in “conventional method” format, so you can replicate the dishes in your kitchen (not as quickly), but without a Thermomix.  
 
 
 
 This new 2 hour class will present the following Thermomix features and these associated recipes :
 
  
  • COCKTAILING                    – Frozen Champagne Fruit Cocktail
  • KNEADING/BAKING           – Crisp & Fluffy Foccacia
  • PROCESSING                    – Shortcrust Pastry (Pumpkin, Feta & Zucchini Quiche)
  • STEAMING                          – Steamed Thai Fish Cakes
  • STEAMING                          – Fluffy Jasmine/Basmati Rice
  • BLENDING                            – Green Thai Curry Paste
  • COOKING/STIRRING          – Thai Green Chicken Curry
  • PROCESSING/WHISKING  – Raspberry, Chocolate & Nougat Semifreddo
