Learn to prepare a risotto, just like the Italians. You'll be rewarded from a little stirring, as we learn a couple of variations of risotto recipes. In this class we'll also prepare one of our class favourite roast chicken dishes, as well as a "no-bake" chocolate Mud Pie. In 2 1/2 hrs, you?ll learn how to make:
