Our Margaret River Weekend Passions are booked upon request, so please don't hesitate in contacting us on 9228 0507 or via email - nico@urbanprovider.com.au to let us know when you might like to spend a weekend in Margaret River with some friends or family. 

This special Weekend Passion has been designed for those of you that would like to get a few friends together and escape to beautiful Margaret River for a weekend of sharing in some great food, great wine and great company. Please find details and itineraries for the weekends below, as well as the menus for the Italian Passion for Saturday night's class and the Sunday Brunch Passion to be held over the weekend.

The weekend classes are a relaxed affair where all 12 participants get together to help (only if they want to) in the preparation of some great dishes in this magical setting, and one of the only places in the Margaret River region with uninterrupted ocean views of the spectacular Indian Ocean. Get a group of 4 friends, or 8 friends, or arrange your own private weekend with 12 friends, to join us at Redgate Beach Escape, for these special weekends.   

Accommodation is at the Redgate Beach Escape property at Redgate Beach in Margaret River. Accommodation is in four beautiful chalets, and they each have spectacular uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean from both bedrooms and the open-plan living areas. The chalets are are beautifully decorated with Balinese furniture, two double bedrooms and open-plan living/kitchen/dining areas, so fantastic for entertaining!

To fit in with the relaxed and welcoming feel of Redgate Beach Escape and the Mediterranean feel of the sun, sea and vineyards of Margaret River, we will be presenting a special "hands-on" Italian Passion class for the Saturday evening class. On Sunday morning, have your tastebuds woken up by our special Gourmet Brunch Passion class.

The program for the weekend will allow for plenty of time to relax and catch up with your companions for the weekend; to visit some wineries; and to enjoy the beauty of views over the Indian Ocean and Margaret River's beaches.

cooking passions Gourmet Weekend Program, Menus & Cost

Friday - Class participants arrive at their leisure and check in to their chalets. Evening at your leisure.

Saturday - Morning and afternoon at your leisure to relax in your chalets, go to the beach or visit some local wineries to stock up for the class.

- 5pm - Pre-class complimentary Frozen Mango Daquiris & start preparing the ITALIAN PASSION class  
- Late - Completion of class

Sunday - Check out from your chalet at 10am. SUNDAY BRUNCH PASSION class held from 10am to 12noon. 

Cost - Entire weekend (Classes & Accommodation) - $465pp* (Quad Share - 4 people per chalet)

* Includes :

• ITALIAN PASSION & Cocktails (Saturday Evening) & GOURMET BRUNCH PASSION (Sunday Morning)
• 2 Nights Luxury Accommodation** - Redgate Beach Escape Chalet (4 participants per chalet)

**The maximum number of participants for the cooking passions Gourmet Weekend Passions is 12 people. As each of the chalets have 2 x Double Bedrooms we are able to accommodate up to 3 groups of 4 people for the weekend.
