In 2 hrs, you'll learn how to make:
- Steamed Thai Fish Cakes - A healthier version of those fantastic tasting Thai entrees - with Lime & Sweet Chilli sauce.
- Tom Kah Gai - Chicken and Coconut Soup
- Som Tam* - Green Papaya* Salad. (*May require seasonal substitution)
- Guay Taew Pad Thai - Thai style Fried Rice Noodles.
- Coconut Cake- with Passionfruit & Panadanus infused Syrup
