Some of my father's signature seafood dishes from his restaurant - Vito's Cave - the first Italian restaurant in London,Canada

In 2 hrs, you'll learn how to make:

Linguini alla Marinara - a light tomato & seafood marinara sauce with fish, prawns & squid

Gamberi alla Parmigiana - Vito's own creation of lightly crumbed king prawns served parmigiana style with mozzarella and a light tomato sauce

Insalata di Radicchio & Orange - a tantalising combination of peppery radicchio and salad leaves tossed with orange and balsamic

Vanilla Bean, Coffee & Scorched Almond Cassata - impressive Italian gelato cake with amaretti and drizzled with Espresso syrup
