Due to the huge success of our original BBQ Passion class, demand had it that we introduce another! This Gourmet BBQ Passion class is sure to impress your friends and family with our no-fuss, yet "classy" BBQ menu.
In 2 hours, you'll learn how to make:
- Grilled Zucchini Bruschetta
A grilled bruschetta with tomatoes, zucchini, fresh basil, and garlic served with grilled Kefalograviera cheese - Tiger Prawns & Kaffir Lime Butter "al cartoccio"
Tiger prawns flavoured with kaffir lime butter and wine, wrapped and grilled with carrot and leek - BBQ Peppered Eye Fillet
A succulent eye fillet encrusted with cracked black pepper and grilled to perfection - The Classic Caesar Salad
Baby cos lettuce dressed with a "too easy" homemade Caesar dressing, light & crunchy croutons and crispy proscuitto - Smashed" Herb Baked Potatoes
Crispy baked potatoes with fennel and fresh herbs - Raspberry, Dark Chocolate & Torrone Semi-Freddo
A refreshingly decadent berry semi-freddo with nougat, chocolate & raspberries, served with a raspberry coulis
