Christmas Passion
We currently have a few limited places available for our NEW - Christmas Passion classes scheduled in December. Join us as we present some great Christmas menu ideas designed for easy & impressive festive celebrating with family & friends this year.
The dishes to be presented include :


STARTER - Peruvian Prawn Causa – a great “make ahead” starter, this classic Peruvian dish is a seasoned mashed potato terrine, filled with prawns and avocado.
ENTRÉE - Salmon en Croute – an impressive dish of salmon, mushroom duxelle and mascarpone wrapped in puff pastry and served with a “Cheat’s Hollandaise Sauce” (ready in just 1 minute).
MAIN – Twice-cooked Duck Legs with Cherry Sauce – taking inspiration from our French Bistro Passion, here’s a sophisticated “heat & serve” classic, you can prepare up to 2 weeks in advance (with a little "behind the scenes" effort).
SIDE - Spiced Roasted Cauliflower Salad – with pistachio, mint and pomegranate
DESSERT – Parfait de Chocolat with Fresh Berries – a deliciously rich frozen French chocolate parfait, perfect for a hot Australian Christmas!!
